Hotel Restaurante Bandolero features eight uniquely decorated double rooms and two suites. Rooms include a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, heating, a desk, a mini-fridge, and tea and coffee facilities. Bathrooms feature a bath, shower, and complimentary toiletries. Select rooms offer terraces with views of the mountains and valley. One room provides a 90cm single bed and a 135cm double bed, a large closet, and rooftop terrace access for mountain and valley views by day and stargazing at night.
Dining at Bandolero
La Bodega del Bandolero serves breakfast and lunch daily, with dining options available on the terrace, in the bar, or in the salon during winter. Chef Iván Sastre prepares creative cuisine using local products, including freshly baked tapas and breads. Seasonal specials and homemade desserts are available. Chef Iván also prepares whole wheat bread, focaccia, brioche, wheat bread with vegetables, bread with various types of nuts, bread with figs and nuts, chocolate and red wine, and chestnut bread. Cooking classes with Chef Iván Sastre are available by prior arrangement.
Activities and Amenities
Guests can enjoy a seasonal outdoor swimming pool and terraces with valley views. The hotel provides free WiFi and information via QR codes. A guest lounge and breakfast room are available. The second-floor room terrace is a common area for stargazing and bird watching. El Bandolero is fortunate to have spectacular views from the bar terrace, your room terrace or walking in front of the hotel. El Bandolero faces Jardón and Romeral, two wooded areas within the village.
Location and Surroundings
Located in Júzcar, within the Serranía de Ronda, Hotel Restaurante Bandolero is 100 km from Malaga. The area offers opportunities for cycling, hiking, bird watching, and stargazing. Nearby landmarks include Barranco Sima del Diablo (0.5 km), Casa Natal Fray Leopoldo (3 km), and Nacimiento Rio Genal (4.5 km). A short walk connects Estación de Benaoján with Estación de Jimera de Libar. The village has houses piled one over the other to compensate for the sharply differing levels, a feature of the place that is also evident in the steep and winding streets, some of them stepped. There are a total of 15 white villages that one may visit and explore, all very traditional and small, surprisingly still not widely known in larger tourist circles.

Check-in is from 13:30 to 20:00, and guests are asked to inform the hotel of their arrival time in advance. Late check-out is available for an additional fee: 15€ until 14:00 or 25€ until 16:00. The owners, Iván and David, welcome you to their accommodation in the village of Júzcar where one can escape all the pressures and stresses of urban living.
