The Standard, Downtown LA offers 207 rooms featuring minimalist appeal with platform beds, white Egyptian cotton bedding, extra-long desks, and walls and curtains with mod swirls and stripes of slate gray, mustard yellow, and cream. Even the smallest rooms include queen-size beds with 100 percent Egyptian cotton bedding. Room amenities include 24-hour room service, laptop-friendly workspaces, and air conditioning. Room options include the 300-square-foot Medium rooms with glass showers, the 380-square-foot Large rooms with separate water closets, the 420-square-foot Seriously 'Uge rooms with king-size platform beds and soaking tubs, the 480-square-foot Gigantic corner rooms with five large windows, the 590-square-foot Humongous rooms, and the 710-square-foot Woah rooms with larger-than-king-size platform beds. The 915-square-foot Penthouse is located on the top floor.
